Billy McMillan

Billy is the Human Innovation Officer in NASA’s Office of Human Capital Management in Washington D.C. For the past 9 years he has lead cultural change, employee development, and innovation within the Agency. His work has supported NASA in achieving the #1 place to work for in the Federal Government for 5 years in a row. He leads a variety of leadership development programs, courses, and training sessions that focuses on individual development. He is a certified coach in which he supports various government agencies, private industry, and nonprofit clients in identifying ways to show up as their “best self” more often in life.

Outside of NASA, he spends most of his time being active on Florida’s Space Coast with his wife Rosalia and son Gianmarco.
