Emma Channing

Emma Channing is currently the Founder, CEO and General Counsel of the Satis Group, — the premier Security Token Offering advisory firm on a mission to serve founders and emerging growth companies looking to launch new protocols, utility tokens, and security tokens (Securities Transactions are offered through INTE Securities LLC, member FINRA/SIPC). Satis Group are a highly experienced team that brings world-class advice and professionalism to structuring and launching security tokens as well as more conventional similar financing structures.

Emma operates primarily as client’s legal liaison to help clients think through selecting and engaging legal and tax counsel, to coordinate the provision of advice by outside counsel and ensure that the legal and tax conclusions of outside counsel are uniformly applied across all elements of the capital raising process. Prior to joining to the Satis Group, Emma had spent several years in start-ups, particularly med-tech. This followed over a decade of experience in the law firms of Simpson Thacher, Skadden Arps and Herbert Smith Freehills. E
