Christa Stout

Christa Stout, Vice President of Innovation & Impact and Executive Director of the Trail Blazers Foundation, is responsible for advancing innovative initiatives that positively impact our fans, community, bottom line and brand. Christa oversees the organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Fan Development, Community Impact, Analytics, Digital Innovation and Customer Experience departments. Prior to joining the Trail Blazers in February of 2014, Stout oversaw the Portland Timbers Community Relations Department starting in 2011. Stout gained international development experience in sport and social change in South Africa, Australia, Central and South America and Europe prior to moving back to her hometown, Portland, in 2011. Stout holds an MBA in International Business and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology. She serves on the Latino Network and Boys & Girls Club boards and in her free time enjoys running, exploring and cooking with her husband and daughters.
