Joie Chung

Joie has always dreamed of a world in which everything is designed with purpose and simplicity.

She has been designing websites and applications for over 12 years, the last half focused on native mobile apps. She's had the pleasure of designing a wide range of mobile apps in sports, financial, medical, travel, and energy for many Fortune 100 clients.

She is currently leading a team of designers to create the best web & mobile experiences for HomeAway partners to manage their vacation homes and short-term rentals. She aims to truly know her users and strives to translate that understanding into attractive and valuable products.

Joie enjoys being involved with local design organizations to cultivate creative interest in the UX space. Outside of design, she likes to play games, hang out in coffee shops, and walk her dog along Austin trails.
