Jennifer Hinkle serves as Vice President of Digital Marketing for the Washington Redskins. She is responsible for optimizing digital technologies and media campaigns in support of strategic partnerships while improving fan engagement and experience, both in and out of stadium, through digital, social and mobile integrations, communication and analytics.
Jennifer has worked for the Redskins organization for over 10 years. In her role, she has overseen the rollout of the team’s mobile app, including single sign-on, mobile ticketing, proximity marketing, and wayfinding capabilities, launched various interactive and virtual reality experiences, and has led efforts in understanding the 360 view of the fan with the implementation of a data warehouse to allow for smarter marketing.
Jennifer graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. degree in Graphic Communications and resides in Washington, DC.
