His team partners with internal and external customers to drive discovery and implementation of strategic programs that span from Learn, Shop and Purchase experiences to Omni-channel Loyalty, Personalization and Targeting platforms. Harsh loves building highly data driven teams that define and deliver on their key KPIs while keeping customer at the center of everything they do.
