Molly partners with entrepreneurial, fast-growing organizations in central Ohio to develop their most important assets – their people. Prior to starting a boutique consulting firm focused on delivering strategic HR and talent management services, Molly started her career in public accounting (PwC) and corporate finance (DSW) before moving into the talent management space. Even in the period where her roles were focused on “the numbers,” she was always involved in initiatives that supported growth and development of team members, which led to her morphing into "the people” side of business several years ago.
With client experience in industries ranging from technology, digital marketing/advertising, real estate development, non-profit, and financial services, just to name a few, Molly has seen the right things to do (and the wrong ones) to retain talent.
