James Lee
James Lee, better known as egypt, is a penetration tester for Black Hills Information Security. He is a vocal advocate for open source and strongly believes that open source security tools are vital to the future of the internet. To that end, egypt has been contributing to the Metasploit Framework, an open source penetration testing and exploitation toolkit, for almost a decade including nearly 8 years as a full time developer and community manager at Rapid7. Before that, egypt worked at Idaho National Laboratory researching vulnerabilities in Industrial Control Systems. Note that egypt is not Egypt. The two can be distinguished easily by their relative beards -- Egypt has millions, while egypt only has the one.
