Tatiana Goldberg

Tatiana Goldberg is Unilever's Leadership Development Director for North America, a role in which she leads Employer Branding, Talent & performance management; Onboarding, Training & Development; and HR Analytics. She graduated from a top business school in Sao Paulo, Brazil, her native city. She relocated to New York in 2011, and during her sabbatical period she received a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, in 2012. She has been with Unilever since the beginning of her career, starting as an intern and moving into different roles in the Reward, Training, HR business partnering, and Organizational Development areas.
