Stephen Huerta

Stephen’s mission to improve how organizations work with their people has taken him from established global corporations into the world of bootstrap start-ups. Leaving his passion for HR Technology aside, Stephen is an enthusiastic father of two and enjoys rock climbing and adventures through the greenbelt.

He began his career as an HR Consultant at Ernst & Young, working with brands including AMEX and Coca-Cola before moving to Goldman Sachs, where he managed people integrations for various M&A deals. Later, as Diversity Officer and Director of HR Technology, he ran people operations and systems for 6500 employees.

In 2012 Stephen chose the entrepreneurial path and launched HI Group, an HR consulting firm, with Apple as a pillar customer. Fast-forward two years and Stephen is Founder and CEO of Workify, a tech-enabled service that give employees a voice in their organization.
