Joy Peabody leads influencer marketing for the Global Consumer Engagement Team at the Estée Lauder Companies, focusing on 360, integrated influencer marketing strategies across Estée Lauder's portfolio of brands (over 30 companies). During Joy's time at Estée Lauder Companies, she has also led global social commerce and retention initiatives for La Mer.
Prior to Estée Lauder, Joy spent two years at Amazon, where she managed the overall business, including social and digital marketing efforts, for Beats by Dre.
Joy started her career in Deloitte Consulting's Strategy & Operations group, where she consulted retail and consumer product clients in strategic planning, business quality improvement, global finance strategy, supply chain implementation, and customer experience strategy.
Joy holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A and B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin.
