Technology provides a lifeline for LGBTQ and other social justice movements. Recently, progressive content has been inadvertently blocked on social platforms, the alt-right has launched new organizing efforts across platforms, and the rise of machine learning poses new challenges on bias in data. CNN’s Laurie Segall will lead a conversation exploring these issues and discussing what needs to be done going forward to ensure a safe online experience for marginalized communities.
