Jennie Averbook Kaylie leads Brand & Innovation Strategy at PwC’s Experience Center. She is an award-winning strategist that brings fifteen years of experience building brands by transforming insights into meaningful experiences for consumers. She has spent most of her career bridging the gap between the digital and physical worlds, leading brand insight and strategy for CPG, spirits, retail and tourism brands. Her specialty is connecting business strategy, experience strategy and technology to deliver breakthrough results, from new product development to digital and shopper marketing.
A musical theatre geek at heart, she double majored in drama and business at the University of Virginia. She fell into advertising because it truly is the theatre of the business world! While she grew up as a planner in creative and digital agencies, she decided to hone her business chops with an MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She then went to work in brand strategy client-side at Beam Suntory, one of the largest spirits companies in the world, before joining PwC’s Experience Center – a perfect cocktail blending business, creativity and technology to create tomorrow’s experiences today.
