The Overwatch League kicked off its inaugural season in January as a first-of-its-kind esports league that features city-based franchises around the world and has received investment from leaders in traditional sports and endemic gaming organizations including Robert Kraft, Jeff Wilpon, OpTic Gaming, Cloud9, and more. Join Overwatch League Commissioner Nate Nanzer to learn about the league’s inception and how the Overwatch League will impact not only esports, but the traditional sports industry as well.
