Armed with open architecture and in search of opportunities to apply it, Citi partnered with one of the world’s largest airlines and its legendary loyalty program to drive customer, partner and employee value through new programs. Qantas Loyalty launched the Qantas Money app and Qantas Credit Card, powered by Citi, and found new ways to grow through innovation while delivering personalized customers experiences on and off the plane.
