“New collar” jobs are changing the global workforce. As our societies and industries become more connected, workers and their skills will need to adjust. From engineers who code to farmers using precision tech to manage crops, white-collar and blue-collar jobs will depend on tech literacy and savvy. During this panel, we will explore how workers can gain the skills they need for the jobs of the future, and how cities, elected officials, and small businesses can prep for a tech-driven workforce.
