Stakeholders are looking for new options beyond traditional defensive measures and "Hacking Back" is the latest idea to battle malicious hacking. This panel will discuss implications of this vigilante approach. The panelists: Congresswoman Nanette Barragán, GoDaddy’s Dir. of Digital Crimes Ben Butler, the Center of Democracy & Technology’s Chief Technologist Joe Hall and Chani Wiggins of TwinLogic Strategies as moderator.
