Women in Robotics: A Fine Balance

Some women in robotics want to be recognized only for their technological skills. Others are proud to mentor and inspire females. What every woman in robotics can agree upon is the desperate need for more diversity. In this session, you will hear from an accomplished group of female roboticists. Each will share stories of roadblocks faced, what they wish they knew when starting out, why diversity is important to their field, and how their gender has helped or hurt them along the way.
