While it is feared that technology is pushing the industry in bland standardized directions, this does not have to be the case! During this discussion we will explore how technology can be used positively in the vineyard and winery, how wine’s authenticity can be protected, and how hospitality, shopping & enjoyment of wine is enhanced by technology.
