While proficient in their craft, recent grads lacked the necessary problem-solving and collaboration skills necessary to succeed - they were missing knowledge of design thinking. This human-centric approach has the power to affect workplace and societal change but to achieve this to scale, we must start in the classroom. At UT, we’re teaching undergrads in unconventional ways how to do think like designers.
