In this session, I will cover my struggles with the idea of finding my passion, and how NOT worrying about passion led to awards, working on #1 best selling video games (such as Hyper Light Drifter) as a sound designer, and becoming a two-time TEDx speaker.

Using real-life examples, I will show attendees how consistency surpasses talent and passion, and how to build habits that will lead to excellence later on in their lives and careers.
