Join Ferny for an afternoon of meditation, mindfulness, and cultivating gratitude. You will the learn the basics of creating a simple, yet rewarding, meditation practice through easy-to-learn tools like mantra, mudras, visualization, intentional rituals, and more.

And there will be a focus on the practice of gratitude. A consistent gratitude practice has been shown to improve your happiness, health, and even social life and career trajectory. You'll learn how to create & keep an "attitude of gratitude" through journaling, meditation, and working with your own thought patterns.

Through self-reflection, self-inquiry, and a strong meditation practice, we can begin to shape the way we look at the world into something more peaceful & appreciative. Presented by New World Native.
