Join Ferny for an energizing morning yoga practice! Students will awaken their minds and bodies by moving through traditional sun salutations, fluid vinyasa sequences, and intentional breath-work. Expect an uplifting practice, followed by relaxing and restorative poses. Practice will conclude with a guided meditation focused on grounding and setting intentions for the day to come.
