Learn accessible stretching and relaxation techniques easily used in the office, at home, when traveling, or any other time of the day. This class combines Yin yoga techniques to gently stretch areas heavily impacted by our daily routines, facial yoga releasing tension in the face while strengthen and lifting often unused muscles and breathing exercises activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
