In the world of instrumental hip-hop where it seems like everything is a secret, Chris Wilkes a.k.a. STLNDRMS is building a solid track record by sharing his knowledge with others. By Livestreaming his creative process and teaching deep dives on the ins and outs of his business on a regular basis, he continues to achieve remarkable results by "creating with the homies.”

He is an example of what the future of the independent artists should look like. Within a year of his first upload on Spotify, STLNDRMS played the biggest hip-hop festival on the planet ("A3C"), rocked a stadium ("Art, Beats & Lyrics" at the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga), got the cover of Spotify's lofi hip-hop playlist, co-founded the "Controllerise" art collective, and created a online live stream radio show "Beats+Chill".
