Emma White at Cooper's BBQ
Garnering upwards of 2 million streams independently, Rolling Stone named Emma White as one of their "10 New Country Artists You Need to Know." Buzzfeed has named her a 2018 Country Music Obsession and her current single, “I Thought You Were The One” was recently added to Spotify’s Wild Country list. The song became an iTunes Hot Track for 8 consecutive months and Apple Music featured the track on their Young Country and Breaking Country playlists - songs the editor's think, "are about to make a huge impact." The first track from her latest EP, "Overthink It" was also featured by Apple Music and added to Spotify's, New Boots playlist.
Growing up in Baltimore, MD into a musical family, Emma was named after country legend, Emmylou Harris. With a songwriter mother, she began writing songs at an early age, blending the music she grew up listening to - Pop, Country and R&B. She's opened for Superstar Country acts, Rodney Atkins, Brad Paisley and toured in venues across the country, frequenting The Hotel Cafe, Rockwood Music Hall and The Basement.
BMI says, "Emma White's pop savvy vocal and sugary groove ooze unabashed hope & undeniable promise."
