Four-time Emmy winning co-creator of cult TV shows Wonder Showzen, Xavier: Renegade Angel, and The Heart, She Holler, Vernon Chatman is also a writer/producer for South Park, Louie, The Chris Rock Show, and Delocated. He made the 2009 experimental comedy film Final Flesh, authored the book Mindsploitation, co-wrote the short film The External World
