
Lisa Loftus-Otway
Lisa Loftus-Otway is a Research Engineer and Scientist Associate at the University of Texas Center for Transportation Research, where she focuses on transportation law and policy; energy, environment, and sustainable development law and policy; freight planning and policy; public-private partnerships; and transportation planning and finance.
Lisa co-authored “Mexico City Commuter Rail: Planning and Implementation of a Multi-jurisdictional, PPP Project” about the development of private and public transportation in Mexico City as it develops into a megalopolis.
Lisa has also been recognized on multiple occasions for her leadership within the Women's Transportation Seminar: Heart of Texas Chapter, and within the University of Texas System.
