Kirsten Dickerson, CEO and Founder of Raven + Lily, is a thought leader in social business and the ethical fashion industry.

Before starting Raven + Lily, Ms. Dickerson’s career was divided by her passions for fashion and social justice. She spent 15 years as a leader in the global non profit world as well as an creative director for the fashion/film industry. Creating Raven + Lily has allowed her to unify her passions and capitalize her experience in both the humanitarian and fashion worlds. Ms. Dickerson is passionate about promoting social business as a means of providing a dignified way to alleviate poverty, especially among at-risk women.

Ms. Dickerson is a frequent speaker on ethical fashion, empowering women, and social entrepreneurship; she has received multiple awards and recognition for her work. She has traveled to over 30 countries and considers herself lucky to have a global perspective informing her current work. Under her direction, Raven + Lily has been featured in multiple top tier press such as Huffington Post, Marie Claire, InStyle, Fast Company, GOOD Magazine, and Elle.
