Kenny Gersh
"Kenny Gersh serves as Executive Vice President, Business, for MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM), LP, the interactive media company of Major League Baseball. MLBAM manages all of the league’s digital rights including MLB.com and each of the 30 individual team sites; MLB.TV, media’s first OTT live video streaming product; and At Bat, the highest-grossing sports app, to create the most comprehensive Major League Baseball resource on the Internet. MLBAM, through its subsidiary BAMTech, also provides video distribution services for dozens of clients including the NHL, PGA TOUR, HBO, ESPN, WWE, Sony and The Blaze, capturing, encoding and distributing tens of thousands of live events annually along with thousands of hours of VOD. In his role, Gersh is responsible for MLBAM's licensing and distribution business and all other business development activities, as well as overseeing the business of BAMTech.
Gersh also serves on the board of 120 Sports, a first of its kind live streaming network partnership involving multiple leagues and media properties. Gersh joined MLBAM in September 2006 from CBS Digital Media, operator of CBS's online, interactive and wireless initiatives, where he was Vice President of Business Development prior to which he served as Vice President and General Counsel of SportsLine.com until its acquisition by CBS in December 2004. Gersh also served as an associate with Greenberg Traurig in Miami and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York City.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and a JD from the University of Southern California Law Center."
