Christopher Williams

Christopher Williams helped lay the groundwork for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s Managing Hospital Operations program – a science-based operations training program for hospital executives, managers, clinicians and nurses. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Christopher has been instrumental in implementing digital and operational changes across some of the world’s most reputable organizations: GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, Boston Consulting Group and DIRECTV (now AT&T). Delivering over $1B in value across healthcare, telco, entertainment and sports industries, Christopher joined Boston Consulting Group’s Digital Ventures team to help large corporations invent, build and invest in healthcare-focused startups. Leading the firm’s digital health and product management group, in the last three years Christopher’s teams have launched the world’s first acoustic fetal listening device and companion mobile application, a connected medical device for patients with overactive bladder, a stealth genomics startup, and three China-focused insurance solutions for expecting families.
