Michael Zanders

Dr. Michael Zanders is an assistant professor of music therapy at TWU. He has over 16 years of clinical experience. Areas of clinical specialty include music therapy with children and adolescents, psychiatry, developmental disabilities, music therapy in medical settings, and foster care youth. Currently, he supervises professionals who wish to become licensed counselors in Pennsylvania. He has taught at Temple University and Immaculata University, both in the Philadelphia area. Dr. Zanders is dedicated and committed to the field and practice of music therapy. He is serving on the national committee for music therapy practice with the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT) and assists with promoting music therapy where needed.
