April Perroni

April Perroni serves as Vice President, Business Affairs, for Paradigm Talent Agency. Paradigm is a full service talent and literary agency representing clients in motion pictures, television, theater and music. Ms. Perroni joined Paradigm in 2008 and is responsible for negotiating and reviewing motion picture, television, literary, artist branding and new media agreements for the agency’s actor, writer, director and producer clients. In 2011, Ms. Perroni was selected as “The Best and Brightest” in Daily Variety’s inaugural “Hollywood Law: Up Next” issue.

Before joining Paradigm, Ms. Perroni worked at ICM Partners talent agency and production company Pariah.

A New York native, Ms. Perroni received her B.A. from Vassar College and her J.D. from New York Law School. In her spare time, Ms. Perroni is a student mentor with The Fulfillment Fund and a pro bono attorney with the Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project.
