Robert Walden

Robert Walden is probably best known for his portrayal of Joe Rossi, the reporter on the series, LOU GRANT. He was nominated for three EMMYS. He also played Joe Waters on Showtime’s first sitcom for Cable, BROTHERS, and was nominated for two Cable Ace Awards. Of the forty plus films he was in, ALL THE PRESIDENT’S MEN and Paddy Chayefsky’s, THE HOSPITAL, with George C. Scott, won Oscars. Most recently, on TV Lands’ HAPPILY DIVORCED, he and Rita Moreno play Fran Drescher’s parents. An adjunct professor at the New School of Drama in NYC for six years, and a lifetime member of the famed ACTORS STUDIO. He is currently directing the play GOOD PEOPLE here in Austin.
