Moj Mahdara

Moj Mahdara is a serial entrepreneur in the entertainment, digital & tech spaces with a well-honed business development acumen and sharp insight into consumer behavior. She is an entrepreneur, strategist, and social media aficionado who has run three international, award winning marketing, digital, and experiential agencies and has been instrumental in the launch of a multitude of successful consumer brands.

Prior to forming her current agency, Made With Elastic (MWE, www.madewithelastic.com), Moj served as the CEO of Exopolis, which she helped take from four (4) to over one hundred (100) employees and consultants, and led the company to gross more than $30 million annually. Exopolis won numerous awards in marketing, advertising & entertainment. Moj sold Exopolis at peak value to Austin Ventures in 2011.

Today, at the helm of MWE, Moj oversees a client roster of household names in entertainment, specifically in the technology, fashion, and music spaces while managing the day-to-day relationships with MWE's go-to roster of strategic digital companies. In May of 2013, she took on the role of Partner and CEO of BeautyCon (http://beautycon.com/). Moj is ingrained in the start-up culture in Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, where she invests her time to develop and cultivate new business ventures. In addition, she is an early stage Angel investor for a handful of companies and continues to serve as an advisor & consultant for start-ups including: Warby Parker (consultant), Zady (investor), and Gobbler (investor).
