Rachel Blair

"Rachel Blair has a deep love for Austin music–so much so that she even married a musician. She knows the struggles that our musicians face when it comes to healthcare and has fervently embraced the mission of the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) to achieve its goal of providing access to affordable healthcare for working musicians.

As chief operating officer for HAAM, Blair is responsible for​ ​​organizational strategy and operations,​ planning and innovation. She continuously helps the organization develop new programs for members, research and understand new healthcare delivery models and, through her notable connections in the medical community, build partnerships that directly benefit the musicians that HAAM serves.

Blair has a dynamic background that blends 13 years of clinical experience in behavioral health with top program direction and team management. She also maintains a solid understanding of the nonprofit industry and has held board leadership roles for over 10 years."
