Jane Slater

Jane Slater is a national beat reporter for the NFL Network based in Dallas, Texas. From training camps to combines, Jane is never far from her phone or tweet deck.

Prior to joining the NFL Network, Jane had stops at ESPN where she worked for both the Longhorn Network and SEC Network.

She sharpened her sports skills in Dallas, where she was one half of the "Elf and Slater" show on 105.3 the Fan. The official station of the Dallas Cowboys and a CBS owned station in the nation's top 5 radio market. In Dallas, she also anchored a one hour sports show on TXA 21, reported for KTVT-CBS11 as well as a one hour Sunday show, "Inside the Huddle".

Ahead of her sports coverage, Jane spent 8 years as a news reporter with stops in Tyler and Denver.

While sports is her job, her passion is politics and will discuss the current political climate as freely as she talks free agency and NFL teams needs.
