Pooja Badlani

Pooja Badlani is the Director of Product Development at L2 Inc, where she works alongside the data technology and research teams to build products and data analysis tools to meet user and client needs. With over 10 years of experience designing websites and developing apps and algorithms, Pooja leads a product team focused on helping researchers educate members on the evolving landscape of consumer trends and benchmark the digital competence of CPG, Fashion, Consumer Electronic and Beauty brands. Prior to L2, Pooja was the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Rank & Style, a start-up that uses an algorithm to create data-driven rankings of the best fashion and beauty products to simplify the way women shop online. Rank & Style was acquired in 2016. Pooja graduated with a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University and a M.S from Pratt Institute. She's a Visiting Instructor at Pratt Institute where she teaches Interactive Design and was named one of Fast Company's '100 Most Creative People in Business' in 2014.
