Cheryl Wade
Cheryl G. Wade is a results oriented strategic change leader with an over 14 year track record of success advising public and private sector companies on strategic large scale transformation initiatives. She is a thought leader, systems thinker, influencer, staff motivator, and collaborator. Currently as Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) at Booz Allen Hamilton, Ms. Wade drives the firm’s inclusion strategy and is responsible for programs to advance a culture of inclusion. She works across business lines, functions, and external strategic partners to translate strategy into successful implementation. She leads the integration of D&I priorities into business practices and talent processes. Major accomplishments in this role include earning firm recognition as a ‘Best Company for ERGs’ and launching the firm’s Inclusive Sponsorship awareness initiative, Multicultural Agenda and Scorecard, and STEM Girls 4 Social Good (SG4SG). Ms. Wade earned her BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
