As Vice President, B2B Marketing at Pandora, Susan Panico leads the B2B marketing and sales training teams to help drive revenue for a multi-channel advertising sales organization. She is responsible for marketing strategy and execution related to building Pandora’s brand and raising awareness of the company’s advertising solutions. In addition, Susan oversees the team responsible for arming Pandora’s national, performance and local salespeople with training and enablement tools. Prior to joining Pandora, Susan held various roles at Sony PlayStation over the course of 17 years. She was the Sr. Director of PlayStation Network where she was responsible for many facets of the digital entertainment platform including marketing, original programming, ad sales, e-commerce, customer loyalty and community management. In this role, Susan drove a massive expansion in user acquisition and revenue for four consecutive years.
