Rob Harles is Global Lead for Social Media & Collaboration for Accenture Interactive responsible for developing and managing Accenture’s social media practice and initiatives around the world. Rob joined Accenture from Bloomberg where he was Global Head of Social Media responsible for building and managing Bloomberg’s social presence across its businesses and media properties. Before joining Bloomberg, he was Vice President of Social Media at Sears Holdings where he built Sears’ core social media platform and customer communities. Rob was SVP for comScore Networks, in charge of custom analytics services and a member of the Senior Operating team that took the company public. Rob started his career as a Senior Consultant in the financial services practice of McKinsey & Co.
