Dominic Pandiscia
Since joining PledgeMusic in April 2016, the company has experienced aggressive growth including +30% for calendar year 2017. The home page and logo were relaunched in March of 2017 leading into the SXSW conference where over 48 bands played the PledgeMusic stage presented by Clif Bar and Frye Boots with the "Clif Bar Bash" being recognized as one of the top 10 activations at the conference by Event Marketer Magazine. Amongst other achievements in 2017, the company was also nominated for the "Independent Champion" Award at the 2017 A2IM "Libera" Awards.
Prior to joining PledgeMusic, Dominic Pandiscia had an extensive career of sustained success in the music business including most recently launching his own company "Sunday Artist" which executed the music strategy for the Academy Award nominated song "Manta Ray" by Antony from The Discovery Channel's film "Racing Extinction". Prior to that, Dominic was the President of Caroline (of the Capitol Music Group) from November 2012 through September 2015 where he achieved unprecedented success including four #1 albums in 2015 (the first #1's in the 33 year history of Caroline) as well as achieving record market share for the company. Prior to this role, Mr. Pandiscia served as EMI Music Executive Vice President, Commercial & Revenue Development where he ran the branding, synch, merchandise and overall commercial strategy for the North American company including leading the deal team that brought the Beatles to market digitally with iTunes in 2010. Dominic has also held Senior roles at Virgin Records and Capitol Music Group amongst other companies.
