Chelsea Collier

Chelsea explores the connection between urban innovation and social impact. Her focus on ethical AI and smart cities centers around initiatives that prioritize inclusivity and collaboration. She is the Founder of Digi.City, a forum for smart cities and the social good. She also serves as Editor-At-Large for Smart Cities Connect and is a Researcher at Good Systems, a UT Grand Challenge, as she pursues her doctoral degree at UT Austin. She is also an NSF NRT Fellow in Ethical AI. She is a frequent speaker at SXSW as well as other global conferences including CityTech Tokyo (2023), Smart Cities Connect, Texas Smart Cities Summit, and many others.
