Monica Stanciu Phd
Monica is a member of MIT Hacking Medicine, a group whose focus is to build a community for healthcare entrepreneurs tackling the most pressing health problems. She is a recent PhD graduate of the Biology program at MIT, where her research focused on identifying novel therapeutic strategies for brain tumors. Monica is passionate about driving commercialization of biomedical research that can be translated to benefit patients. Most recently, she was part of a small founder team organizing the first iteration of a highly successful course on biomedical entrepreneurship at MIT.
Monica received her BSc in Neuroscience and Pharmacology from the University of Toronto.
