Michelle Moore
Michelle Moore is a former athlete and now a consultant specialising in sport, inclusion and education. She works with national governing bodies of sport, charities, sport for development, corporate and equality organisations to bring about social change. Michelle is currently featured in ‘The Independent' 50 Most Influential Women in Sport 2015 in the ‘Ones to Watch in the Fast Lane’ category. Michelle played a key role in the London 2012 Olympic Games; developing strategy and creating engagement opportunities for thousands of young people. She led the implementation of Olympic legacy projects London wide. Michelle has been at the forefront of identifying solutions to promote equality in sport through the production of a series of national and international symposiums. Michelle has an international portfolio working with the University of Texas to deliver international symposiums exploring ways to combat discrimination in sport. She is a sought after speaker and lecturer on sport and equality and is also a passionate advocate for young people. Michelle holds a number of executive positions and is currently the Inclusion Advisor for the Women’s Sports Trust: working on the advancement of women’s sport. She is a trustee for the Runnymede Trust; the UK’s leading Race Equality Think-tank.
