Mark Penicook

Mark has been with Capital One for over four years and currently leads the Digital Accessibility Team within the Enterprise Services organization. He works with Designers, Software Engineers, Product Owners and Managers across the company to ensure that all of Capital One’s web, mobile, and messaging applications are usable by everyone, including those with disabilities. Mark has become an outspoken advocate for the promotion of accessibility. He is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals and Teach Access organizations. Mark is authentic, driven, and devoted to providing the best possible digital experience for all.
