In 2011, Clay Busch joined DWP as the company’s first employee. Previously, he was a marketing director at Universal Music Group’s Interscope/Geffen/A&M records, and was an independent marketing consultant for the Hard Rock Café, Marlyn Manson, Maloof Family Ventures, and Idol Roc Entertainment. He is a graduate of Chapman University in Leadership and Organizational Studies
