Terri Prince currently serves as the VP of Customer Success at CRMNEXT, the world’s largest CRM solution for financial institutions with more than half a million bankers and half a billion customers on the platform. Terri has been leading the charge for innovation within the banking and payments space for more than 20 years, holding leadership positions at Chase Bank, Capital One, Mindjet and i2c Inc., along with other cutting edge organizations. Boasting a rich legacy of “firsts,” Terri brought the first mobile wallet for banking to market, which was adopted by a significant portion of the top 10 banks in the United States. Her impressive list of accomplishments also includes designing the first paperless loan origination system that was later acquired by Capital One. While Head of Innovation for Monitise, Terri was responsible for identifying the future digital technologies that would change the face of banking and architecting how to integrate them into the everyday lives of customers. Throughout her career, Terri has harnessed her passion for helping banks move to more efficient models to reduce redundancies and increase profitability. Her impressive client roster includes banks of all shapes and sizes from around the globe.
