Christine Cook
Christine Cook heads up advertising partnerships at Flipboard where she works with advertisers and their agencies to leverage the marketing opportunities across Flipboard’s mobile content discovery platform.
Christine has 22 years of media advertising experience, 20 of which are in digital. Before joining Flipboard, Christine ran advertising sales at The Daily, the first daily news publication designed exclusively for tablets.
Prior to The Daily, she spent 5 years at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia where she was Senior Vice President, digital advertising sales and ad operations, spearheading the sales effort in support of MSLO’s Internet business segment and cross-platform advertising programs.
She joined MSLO from IAC Partner Marketing, where she served as Vice President, Sales, managing advertising sales marketing and national advertising sales across such IAC sites CitySearch, Evite.com, Expedia, Match.com and Ticketmaster.
Earlier in her career, Christine served as director, luxury advertising at the Financial Times and spent five years at The New York Times Digital in various sales executive roles, including establishing nytimes.com’s first international sales office in London.
A graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Christine lives with her husband in New York City.
