Judy Perry Martinez
Judy Perry Martinez served as VP and Chief Compliance Officer of Northrop Grumman Corporation, a $24B aerospace and defense company. Before being named COO, Judy oversaw Northrop Grumman's litigation for the western half of the country and was named to the Company's Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council. After Judy retired from Northrop, Judy set out to pursue a full time career in public service. She is currently a Fellow at the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard. Judy served as Chair of the ABA Presidential Committee on the Federal Judiciary and has served the ABA in a variety of roles, including as a member of the Board of governors, chair of the Young Lawyers Division, and a member of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. She served as Chair of the ABA presidential Commission on the Future of Legal Services and currently serves on the executive leadership team for the ABA's Innovation Center. Judy has been a pioneer for legal services and increasing access to justice for all those in need.
